UX Designer


For our growing team we are looking for a UX designer in our Munich studio with a passion for user-centered design, as well as visual and interaction design principles. You would ideally possess an equal level of skills in both interaction as well as visual design, and would be comfortable and efficient working with developers to merge design with code.


You would not only create attractive interfaces for varied platforms and screens, but also be able to understand, consider and communicate the client’s business requirement as well as their users’ interaction needs. With a diverse and growing client list, you would maintain a certain level of flexibility in the need to address multiple challenges simultaneously.






  • Attention to details while creating thorough and accurate design specification for seamless transition to the development team
  • Ability to curate creative workshops with our clients
  • Produce personas, customer journey maps, user stories, Information Architecture and wireframes all within the context of business requirements and user needs
  • Ideation of unique design visions and definition of look-and-feel based on solid design principles. Manage the quality of design through all phases of a project
  • Self-starter and independent
  • Confidence as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that may be comprised of developers, a business manager, a project manager and the company’s founders
  • Ability to conduct and synthesize user research that may include face to face surveys, observations, analytics, and analysis of prior research findings




  • At least 5 years of experience in user interface design
  • Strong knowledge of interaction and visual design principles, particularly as applied to Web-based applications
  • Strong knowledge of responsive web design
  • Good communication and some project management skills especially to address individual and direct client communication
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe CC, Axure, Invision, Zeplin
  • A university degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related design or behavioral science discipline
